Queen of treasure hunting in charity shops and antique centres. Loves travelling and exploring new places, previously lived in The Netherlands and Spain. When not at work she is most likely to be found in The Cotswolds, Suffolk, or France in search of good food and wine!

Helen has 12 years’ experience in residential lettings and property management and is ARLA Qualified. Helen lives in Shipston on Stour with her husband Andrew and two cats Milo and Sam, and a Cocker Spaniel called Maisie. Helen is mad about animals and will hug any animals which will stay still long enough to let her. She is also a member of the Cotswold Choir. She loves reading and loves books.

Hermione has recently joined Hawkesford, she works within the sales department. Outside of work Hermione loves countryside walks, riding horses and playing hockey and netball. She also loves spending time with her friends and family and enjoys going on holiday.

James has been brought up in and around property. Hawkesford is the business James’s father started in 1991. James is a chartered Surveyor and trained in Birmingham at a well-known firm of Chartered Surveyors. James is also quite a well-known auctioneer and has appeared on Homes Under the Hammer. James is a keen sports fan but a big fan of cricket and rugby.

Jo has been involved one way or the other with Hawkesford for over 10 years, Jo has now developed a passion for all things property related. She has been involved in several renovations over the years, for Jo there nothing better than buying a run down or dated property and giving it a new lease of life. This certainly helps with her job as it gives buyers ideas what they can do with a place they are interested in. Being brought up in the countryside she has a keen interest in all thing’s nature. Everything from watching wildlife and birds, planting plants and flowers to encourage butterflies and bees, to picking up litter that she comes across when I’m out walking her dogs. Another passion of Jo’s is sea fishing (somewhat limited living in the Midlands!!) Again, you see some lovely things, and it’s great for getting some head space. Other things Jo’s interested in are sport (especially football), anything Harry Potter related, art and photography.

Rob has been in property industry over 20 years working within the Warwickshire area, when not running the lettings department Rob enjoys walks, climbing mountains, reading and is a keen runner.

Rory is approaching his 10th year at Hawkesford and manages the Leamington spa sales team. Rory enjoys all aspects of his role from winning instructions to preparing the marketing for our clients as well as managing the team itself. Outside of work he is a huge Sheffield Wednesday fan and has a season ticket for his sins. If he is not at Hillsborough, he will be spotted locally usually with his wife and little Cockapoo Luna.

Sally loves being creative – baking for the office – treats are always welcome! In her spare time, she enjoys dressmaking, creating multi-media creations, watching rugby and local live music. Sally has worked for James for several years and likes the variety the job offers.

I have been involved in Estate Agency in one way or another since I was born, it is a great honour to be managing an office for the company my Father started so many years ago. My main love is all things sea related. I have sailed across the Atlantic on a tall ship which is where I discovered my great fear of heights – not ideal! I have also been lucky enough to have sailed around Greece, Turkey, Croatia and the Caribbean. I also love sea fishing, swimming in it and simply just watching it with a G&T or a glass of wine! I have two fabulous dogs who I adore. I really enjoy travel which I don’t do as much now as I used to. Love music but can’t sing or play an instrument, I love musical theatre, Christmas, reading, food, and family.

Lisa has returned to working in Estate Agency having lived abroad for the last eight years in Germany, China, and Thailand so needless to say she loves to travel and enjoys experience new cultures and customs! Lisa is now happy to be home in Warwick where she enjoys yoga, cooking, lovely long walks in the Warwickshire countryside and spending time her friends and family.
