James has been immersed in the property industry from an early age. The company was originally founded by his father in 1991, and James has been actively involved ever since. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), and an Associate of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). James is also a well-regarded auctioneer, holding Fellowship status with the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA). He has made several appearances on the popular BBC television programme Homes Under the Hammer. Outside of work, James is a keen sailor, an enthusiastic (if not especially skilled) golfer, and an avid follower of sport—particularly cricket and rugby. He is married with two teenage daughters and a dachshund.

Rebecca comes from a farming background and has worked in administration and accounts in the agricultural and hospitality sectors for many years. In her spare time she likes nothing better than to walk her dog, catch up with friends, attend music concerts and try out new recipes. She can also sometimes be found exercising! Rebecca loves to travel and visit new places and will travel to a different European city every December.

With over 25 years experience within Sales, Recruitment and Design, Katies organisational skills are second to none! She is very focussed, efficient and reliable, meaning you get seamless, stress-free communication from start to finish. Katies passion is food! When she’s not working, she is usually indulging her inner foodie (cooking or going out), exploring London with her family, or relaxing under the sun in Greece with a rose in hand. She also likes to squeeze in a daily walk with her mental dog Dave!

Sunny writes the odd poem, loves the theatre, and keeps fit to maintain the illusion of balance. Most of her time is spent socialising with family and friends (preferably with a glass of Prosecco in hand). She holds a completely random qualification in diamond grading; she also has an HR degree and a background in security. Both of which come in handy far more often than anyone would expect in property management.

Queen of treasure hunting in charity shops and antique centres. Loves travelling and exploring new places, previously lived in The Netherlands and Spain. When not at work she is most likely to be found in The Cotswolds, Suffolk, or France in search of good food and wine!

Natasha has been working in Property Management since 2023 and has a real passion for helping others. She loves spending her free time with her fur baby and reading fiction books with a cuppa under her heated blanket at home.

Miriam is a working mum who loves balancing her career with family time. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her spending time with her son, hitting the shops, or enjoying a meal out with friends. Miriam believes in making the most of life and bringing that positive energy into everything she does.

Kitti is an experienced Lettings Negotiator with over three years in the property industry, passionate about helping people find their dream home. With extensive knowledge of the lettings process Kitti prides herself on delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey. With strong communication and relationship-building skills, she is committed to creating positive experiences for clients, understanding their individual needs, and ensuring a smooth and successful moving process. Kitti likes spending her free time going on long walks with her dog Frankie and of course she never says no to a holiday!

Ali has been involved in Estate Agency in one way or another since she was born, she is honoured to be managing an office for the company her Father started so many years ago. Her main love is all things sea related. She has sailed across the Atlantic on a tall ship which is where she discovered her great fear of heights! She really enjoys travel, theatre, music and her dogs.

Jo has been involved with Hawkesford for over 10 years, Jo has now developed a passion for all things property related. She has been involved in several renovations over the years, for Jo there is nothing better than buying a run down or dated property and giving it a new lease of life. This certainly helps with her job as it gives buyers ideas what they can do with a place they are interested in. Being brought up in the countryside she has a keen interest in all thing’s nature. Everything from watching wildlife and birds, planting plants and flowers to encourage butterflies and bees, to picking up litter that she comes across when out walking her dogs. Another passion of Jo’s is sea fishing (somewhat limited living in the Midlands!!) Again, you see some lovely things, and it’s great for getting some head space. Other things Jo’s interested in are sport (especially football), anything Harry Potter related, art and photography.

Rory has been with Hawkesford for over 14 years and manages the Leamington Spa sales team. Rory enjoys all aspects of his role from winning instructions to preparing the marketing for our clients as well as managing the team itself. Outside of work he is a huge Sheffield Wednesday fan and has a season ticket for his sins. If he is not at Hillsborough then he is usually playing tennis locally or going to the gym.
