I just wanted to say Thank You again for being such a great auctioneer on Saturday evening for our Promises Auction - it was great fun and raised a very useful sum of money.

It was a wonderful day overall, with so many local people come to the opening and saying how impressed they were by the new building; it can now go on to be an important part of the local community in many ways. After clearing up following the auction, we all went home very tired but with big smiles!

Just like to say how grateful for the service received by Joanne and the team selling the property on behalf of my husband and two brothers.

Not an easy task at the time of the pandemic but handled with care to give us all confidence, in safety as well as the process. Reasonable fees and no hidden extra costs (eg no mandatory insurances).

Very quick arranging repairs to the property. Respectful to the tenant, communicating relevant information by post, for example advising of possible noise / nuisances due to refurbishments on close flats. Best agency I've dealt with so far.

As a foreigner in the UK, who didn't understand how estate managemnt and lettings worked in the country, Hawkesford has been amazing.

Hawkesford have been my one and only estate agency. I spent 4 years in the same property with them and had absolutely zero issues. They offered great support when I was getting the contract signed and along these 4 years, whenever I needed any kind of support, Pauline has been amazing with quick responses, transparent communication, very clear instructions and always reasonable. They definitely made my life a lot easier in this regard and this is one of the reasons I did not chose to move to different places even when my work place changed.

I wish all the best to Pauline and Hawkesford team and can't recommend them enough.

We are very pleased with the professionalism of the Hawkesford team.

They manage a number of Lettings on our behalf but also help to get the property prepared ready for rental. In particular, Pauline, Luke and Christine have always provided amazing support to us as Landlords BUT also most importantly to the tenants.

Hawkesford are also responsible for Property Management and again we fully recommend them. Their experience in legistlation, managing contractors and generally handling activities for the Management Company is second to none.
