Our Southam office team has landed gold awards in both estate agency and letting agency categories in the British Property Awards.

The independently-judged awards recognise outstanding levels of customer service. They are given following rigorous mystery shopping visits covering 25 separate criteria. The award scheme acts as a valuable tool for estate agents to benchmark their performance against local rivals, as well as showcasing good practice in the industry.

Speaking following the announcement Managing Director James Hawkesford said: “Great news for our Southam Team who have repeated their previous success as gold award winners. Our team work so hard for our customers and it’s fantastic to see their efforts and results recognised in this way. Their local knowledge and attention to detail is superb – well done!”
