Our next public property auction will be held at the Warwick Arms Hotel on Tuesday 2 July at 6.30pm. We’re the only property auctioneers in Warwick and Leamington and our Managing Director James Hawkesford, a fellow of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers, will be the auctioneer.
We have two properties going to the auction – firstly a one-bedroomed apartment on Hitchman Road in Leamington Spa with a guide price of £80,000
Our second property for sale at auction is a Grade II listed part-timbered cottage requiring full modernisation with scope for extension subject to the necessary permissions. It is situated on Rugby Road, Weston Under Wetherley, Leamington Spa and has a guide price of £100,000.
Selling at auction can be as quick as eight weeks from instruction to completion and once the hammer falls it’s a done deal – with contracts being exchanged on the day and the agreed price required to be paid within 28 days.
Unusual properties or those needing modernisation suit an auction sale, and a sensible reserve price means that sellers can virtually guarantee a sale on the day.
We offer free, no obligation auction appraisals for your property. So, if you think your home is suitable for this type of sale, call us on 01926 430 553.
