Under the latest lockdown and restrictions house moves, property valuations, and viewings are able to continue.

The gov.uk guidances states:

“You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.

Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings.

Follow the national guidance on moving home safely, which includes advice on social distancing, letting fresh air in, and wearing a face covering.”

Please call or email us to arrange a valuation or a viewing, access to our offices is by appointment only. Anyone viewing properties will have to provide and wear their own PPE to include a facemask and protective gloves, and will be restricted to two members of the same household. Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or have any Covid 19 symptoms.
